I have available a Allen Bradley SLC 5/01 1k trainer that a buddy of mine has I can use on weekends to try my programs out on. And most important rule not written is that at anytime the program can be false by pushing the stop push button and all counters and timers must stop and hold their values and not start up again until the start push button is engaged. As soon as the yellow light goes out the counter will reset The input to the counter is the green light coming on When the yellow light goes off there must be a 10 second delay before starting a 6th cycle. I successfully accomplished this with my ladder program the problem gets complicated now that I am working on fulfilling part 2 Now when the program completes one cycle it must restart automatically A counter must be installed to count each cycle When the counter accumulates a value of 5 a yellow pilot light will come on for 10 seconds and then go out. Cycle stops automatically after the motor stops.
